How to Request a Return
- Contact us at our contact page with your order number
- Our team will confirm return eligibility and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Ship the item back in its original packaging with the RA number clearly marked
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Restocking Fees
Some items may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the supplier. This will be communicated to you before the return is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
